Sutcliffe is involved in the £13 million redevelopment of the Baker Hughes facility in Kirkby
The phased works to the existing petrochemical site includes:
Strip out and refurbishment of its two storey administration building to provide office space and conference facilities.
Construction of a new single storey block to provide specialist laboratory space, reception area and office space.
- Strip out and refurbishment of its three storey International Technology Centre laboratory block to provide new specialist laboratories, conference facilities, training rooms and office space.
- Demolition of existing warehouses and construction of a new 1,900m2 storage warehouse and associated service yards and car parking.
