Why Us?

Here at Sutcliffe, our senior staff have over 30 years of experience and knowledge within the built environment, placing them in an ideal position to train and mentor new staff.

Staff training and development is at the core of our business which is why we offer an active training plan to all members of the team consisting of 30 hours of CPD per year. Staff are also supported through various qualifications and courses via distant and campus-based learning.

Our current staff are already engaged with local non-profit organisations and charities. We have a chosen charity each year for which we participate in a number of fundraising activities and all staff are encouraged to donate time to their chosen organisations. In recent years, Sutcliffe’s staff have been enabled to provide over 300 hours of charitable work annually. We support our Scout leaders and RAF Cadet mentors as part of vital career enhancement, which is just as important as classroom CPD. This is why we have held the Investors in People Accreditation since 2001.

We have a work hard, play hard ethos and reward our staff with team social events and activities such as team quizzes, staff dinners and lunches, trips to the races and nights on the town on the agenda.

With an existing national client base, we offer a working environment with the security and stability of a national consultancy coupled with the culture of a bespoke, family run business.
