Manchester based developers Capital & Centric were granted permission to begin a redevelopment scheme involving a 1970’s office building located on Tithebarn Street.

Churchill House was derelict for nearly a decade and standing at eight storeys tall it is seen as a potential new, super energy efficient office space. Located in Liverpool’s business district, the 40,000 sq.ft building is estimated to create 400 jobs on its completion.

Sutcliffe along with architect, Sixtwo, were brought onto the project which involved converting the building’s roof into a terrace and the construction of a 50 space car park.
