To handle these risks, a detailed demolition plan was created with input from both the demolition contractor and an asbestos removal specialist. This plan focused on safely removing asbestos and managing risks to workers and site visitors.

Key tasks included preparing the Pre-Construction Information Pack, reviewing the Principal Contractor’s Construction Phase Plan, and issuing the F10 Notification to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). Ongoing design monitoring was also conducted throughout the construction phase to ensure compliance with safety standards. The final Health and Safety file will be completed at the end of the project.
