No stranger to the red carpet, a tuxedo or a slap-up three-course meal, Team Sutcliffe has enjoyed its fair share of glamorous ceremonies, awards presentations and events in 2021, with the previous 18 months of virtual meetings now thankfully a thing of the past!

With strong ties to the Liverpool City Region and beyond, Sutcliffe has of course had representatives at its fair share of North West based events this year, with the Liverpool Chamber Innovation In Business awards last Thursday drawing the curtain on what has been an incredible year of celebrations, both for the company and our individuals – in our 35th year.

Going into the night shortlisted in the Business of the Year category, with our very own Nathan Guy up for the Young Person of the Year and Sean Keyes rubbing shoulders with numerous influential businessmen and women in the Local Hero category – expectations of a successful night were high.

With Nathan and Sean respectively incredibly proud to be recognised for their work through their shortlisting, the biggest cheer of the night came at the very end of the evening…with our team presented with a special Chairman’s Award, with the compare on the night stating that ‘Sutcliffe has gone above and beyond in their implementation of innovation in practice’.

Overjoyed to add another award to our ever-growing collection in the office, we would again like to say a huge thank you to everyone that has voted for us, sent us support and celebrated our successes with us throughout the past year – here’s to many more in 2022!
