Our work involved conducting an initial structural appraisal of the existing building, reviewing historical archive information, and performing site investigations through our Geotechnical team. We designed the substructure and superstructure to support the new mezzanine floor and facilitated the necessary structural alterations.

The £3M Town Funding is allocated to expanding and upgrading the children’s area, improving social spaces, and modernising digital facilities. Sutcliffe’s structural designs ensure that these enhancements are integrated seamlessly into the historic building while preserving its listed status.
