When drainage and highways are adopted, we provide design and detail for the adopting authority to award technical approvals such as S278, S38, S185 and S104. Our existing relationship with local authorities means we can deliver upon approvals swiftly.

We embrace the use of SuDS (Sustainable Drainage Systems). SuDS is the latest planning policy introduced to reduce the risk of flooding from new and existing developments. We will advise clients when necessary to ensure their developments comply with current legislation. Our extensive knowledge surrounding local law and development policies allows for a seamless delivery of all projects.
