Project challenges

Key challenges included overcoming market rent issues and achieving BREEAM Excellent certification. We navigated these challenges through meticulous business case development, strategic communication with local stakeholders, and a commitment to high-quality design and sustainability.

To meet the BREEAM Excellent standards, we incorporated various sustainable features into the building. These include thermal comfort systems, lighting sensors, water-efficient fixtures, and ecological protection measures. The building’s location was also optimised for accessibility, with proximity to public transport routes.

Our collaborative approach and attention to detail ensured that the new centre not only met the immediate needs of the community but also set a benchmark for future healthcare facilities.
