Sutcliffe provided a desktop study and environmental assessment, drilling works, soil sampling and situ testing.
For civil and structural engineering services, Sutcliffe provided specific services for each unit. The services delivered by Sutcliffe across all the units were lintel designs, remediation for recess, ground floor joist replacement design and steelwork for trimming.
In terms of civil engineering services, Sutcliffe delivered below ground drainage design for foul and water surface.
Additional works included foundation designs, temporary works, platform lifts, steel connections and fabrication drawings, a secondary steel design, precast stair and steel staircase design, pumped drainage and screed remediation for trenching required for drainage routes in existing slab.
