For civil and structural engineering services, Sutcliffe delivered a substructure and superstructure design, a below ground drainage design for foul and surface water, external works sub-base design, alternative design to the existing Hornby and Barbon buildings and CCTV drainage surveys.
Additionally, Sutcliffe provided a full structural appraisal and inspection.
The new development for Lancaster University will greatly improve the landscape and area while redeveloping older disused buildings and bring them back into fruition.
