Our work included detailed substructure and superstructure design, as well as site investigations to address structural and site-specific requirements. The redevelopment introduced a new children’s emergency department, enhanced mental health services, and same-day emergency care facilities. Additionally, staff accommodation was expanded on the first floor.

Sutcliffe collaborated closely with the design team to ensure that all engineering solutions met project specifications and client expectations, integrating new structural components with the existing infrastructure effectively and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality facility that will significantly enhance emergency care services for the Stockport area.
