Project challenges

One of the main challenges was coordinating the phased construction while keeping the facility fully operational, which required meticulous planning and precise scheduling. Managing the demolition and new construction in a live environment presented logistical hurdles, including minimising disruption to ongoing operations. Our team effectively addressed these challenges, ensuring the project was completed smoothly and within budget.
