Our team carried out road and sewer layouts, Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) design, and geotechnical site investigations, ensuring the development met council standards and was built on solid foundations. We also worked with flow rates set out in the Curtins RIBA Stage 4 design, so all drainage systems were efficient and compliant.

The development includes 132 two, three, and four-bedroom houses and 45 apartments, designed for affordable rent, social rent, and open market sale. These homes are being built to high energy efficiency and sustainability standards, providing long-term benefits to residents.

The Longshaw Drive project brings social value by creating housing opportunities, strengthening the local economy, and providing security and stability for families across Salford.
