Sutcliffe worked with Great Places Housing Group to provide civil and structural engineering, geotechnical investigations, flood risk assessments, and principal designer services for the £2 million Slyne Road development in Lancaster.

We carried out a topographical survey, CCTV drainage survey, and design checks to ensure the drainage system met all necessary standards. Our work helped make sure the development was built on solid foundations, both structurally and environmentally.

Slyne Road is part of a wider plan to bring more affordable homes to the area. With great transport links and easy access to local amenities, it offers quality homes for families, individuals, and downsizers..
