Leighton Dene

Leighton Dene is a 36-new home development through the Liverpool Social Housing Development Programme for Liverpool City Council, Liverpool Mutual Homes, Redrow and Willmott Dixon.

Sutcliffe was commissioned to undertake a  number of design consultancy services including Phase I desktop study, Phase II site investigation and CCTV drainage services. 

Once the site investigation and pre-planning services had been completed, Sutcliffe was commissioned to undertake design services.
