With the recent announcement of the appointment of Alan Mak as the new government construction minister, Sutcliffe chief executive Sean Keyes expressed his opinions on the appointment with PBC Today:

“I welcome the appointment of the new construction minister. Alan Mak, who is the 25th incumbent of the role in the past 100 years.”

“While some of his responsibilities will include the vital reconstruction of Ukraine and ensuring economic security, Alan Mak will certainly feel the pressure to drive innovation within the sector, tackle the labour shortage by bringing the next generation of talent through and tackling the housing shortage head-on, regardless if there’s a change of government in the near future or not.”
