Sutcliffe undertook numerous investigations and designs on the Assent Housing Delivery Project. One site, in particular, was Site 61 Horsecroft Community Centre. This site replaced a former run-down community centre on an adjoining site, to allow development. The structure was a mixture of steel frame and traditional masonry. Sutcliffe was an integral part of the development team. Sutcliffe carried out site investigations and Civil and Structural designs for tender and provided consultation works to the contractor during construction. The project was completed on time and on budget and allowed development of the existing community centre for houses for affordable rent.
