We have recently successfully completed a 1500 sq.m new build industrial storage facility for Redwood Distribution in Skelmersdale. Sutcliffe carried out the structural drawings and calculations of the portal frame/foundations/reinforced concrete and underground drainage design. Sutcliffe offered comprehensive advice on the soil investigation report, arranged for a rotary borehole investigation and subsequent analysis as the building was to be constructed on existing and potentially mined coal seams.

The project was completed successfully on programme, on budget and an extremely satisfied client. Sutcliffe performed admirably during the course of the contract, on hand at all times for technical queries and would recommend them for all work of this nature.
