Sutcliffe is raising money for the Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Trust to implement its SWAN model across the Liverpool City Region.

The SWAN model promotes dignity, respect, and compassion during end-of-life care to ensure that every patient and family is cared for.

Our Charity Spring Ball on Friday 21st April will help us to raise much-needed funds to support patients and their families across our city with excellent, individualised end-of-life and bereavement care for every patient, every family, and every time.

The Director of Nursing and founder of the SWAN model, Fiona Murphy MBE will be investing all money raised in transforming end-of-life care and ensuring all NHS teams have the resources and environment required to uniquely support each individual’s needs.

We are using this as an opportunity to celebrate the irreplaceable doctors, nurses, and NHS staff who treat, save, support, protect and greatly improve the lives of our friends, family, and colleagues across the Liverpool City Region.

All of us at Sutcliffe have been touched by the devastating loss of loved ones. All funds raised will help to successfully deliver the SWAN model within our city and to help provide extra special touches in people’s final moments.

Join us on Friday 21st April 2023 at the Rum Warehouse, Titanic Hotel from 6:30pm and together, we can reach our fundraising target of £50,000 and make a difference to the lives of patients and their families living in the Liverpool City Region.
